Ashtar Sheeran, often referred to as Commander Ashtar, is described in various spiritual and metaphysical teachings as a being of light and the commander of a starship or fleet that oversees the well-being of Earth and other planets within the Milky Way. He is said to represent the Galactic Council of Light. This council is also known as the Ashtar Command. It is a collective of enlightened beings. They are dedicated to guiding humanity toward higher consciousness, peace, and unity.
In these teachings, Ashtar Sheeran’s messages often emphasise:
- Honouring truth and light — recognising the divine essence within all beings.
- Balance — maintaining harmony between the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of oneself.
- Forgiveness and letting go — releasing past pain to move ahead in love and freedom.
- Authenticity — being true to oneself as a reflection of universal truth.
- Enjoying life — embracing joy and gratitude as natural states of being.
He is portrayed as a compassionate guide. He encourages humanity to awaken spiritually. He urges them to live consciously. He teaches alignment with universal love and peace.
