The Future of Spirituality

The evolution of spirituality is not a trend—it’s a profound shift in human consciousness. It reflects our collective movement from separation to unity, from external authority to inner knowing, and from survival to awakening.

1. The Dissolution of Boundaries** The old boundaries between science, spirituality, and psychology are dissolving. Spirituality is no longer confined to temples or traditions—it’s becoming a field of direct exploration. Neuroscience maps meditation’s effects on the brain; quantum physics hints at the interconnectedness mystics have spoken of for millennia. The sacred is being rediscovered in the ordinary, and the mystical is being grounded in the measurable.

2. The Inner Technology of Awareness** As external technologies accelerate, humanity is turning inward to develop “inner technologies.” Practices like Qigong, breathwork, and deep meditation refine the nervous system, expand perception, and awaken subtle intelligence. The future spiritual practitioner may use both a meditation cushion and a neural interface—balancing ancient wisdom with modern insight.

3. From Individual Awakening to Collective Evolution** The next frontier of spirituality is collective. Awakening is no longer a solitary pursuit but a shared field of resonance. Communities are forming around coherence, compassion, and conscious systems. The question is shifting from “How can I awaken?” to “How can we awaken together?” This collective consciousness will influence how we design economies, organizations, and education—infusing them with empathy and purpose.

4. The Return to Embodiment** For centuries, spirituality often meant transcending the body. The future reverses that. The body is recognized as a living temple of intelligence—a microcosm of the cosmos. Through movement, breath, and presence, people are rediscovering that enlightenment is not an escape from the physical but a full inhabiting of it. The body becomes the bridge between matter and spirit.

5. The Heart as the New Center of Intelligence** The heart is emerging as the next evolutionary organ of perception. Beyond emotion, it is a field of coherence that harmonizes mind and body. Future spirituality will cultivate heart-based intelligence—compassion as a form of wisdom, empathy as a form of power. Leadership, relationships, and creativity will all flow from this deeper coherence.

6. Integration of Shadow and Light** True spirituality in the future will not bypass pain or darkness. It will embrace the full spectrum of human experience. Healing trauma, integrating shadow, and transforming collective wounds will be seen as sacred work. Spiritual maturity will mean the ability to hold paradox—to be both grounded and transcendent, human and divine.

7. Planetary Consciousness and the Sacred Earth** The Earth herself is becoming central to spiritual awakening. Climate change and ecological crisis are not just environmental issues—they are spiritual calls to remember our interdependence. Future spirituality will honor the planet as a living being, blending indigenous wisdom with modern sustainability. Rituals, leadership, and innovation will all align with the rhythms of nature.

8. The Emergence of the “Integral Human”** The future spiritual being is not a monk or mystic withdrawn from the world, but an integrated human—awake, embodied, creative, and compassionate. This person lives spirituality through action: in business, art, relationships, and service. The sacred and the practical merge into one seamless expression of consciousness.

9. Silence as the New Luxury** In a world of constant noise and stimulation, silence will become the ultimate sanctuary. Spaces for stillness—both physical and digital—will be revered. The ability to rest in awareness, to listen deeply, will define spiritual depth more than any belief or ritual.

10. The Infinite Present** Ultimately, the future of spirituality points toward timelessness—the realization that awakening is not a destination but a continuous unfolding in the present moment. As humanity evolves, spirituality will become less about seeking and more about remembering—remembering who we are, what we are part of, and how to live in harmony with all that is. —

Integral Spirituality

Integral spirituality is a framework that unites the wisdom of ancient traditions with the insights of modern science, psychology, and cultural evolution. It was articulated most clearly by Ken Wilber, but it resonates with a broader movement toward wholeness—an understanding that spirituality must evolve as human consciousness evolves.

1. The Core Idea** Integral spirituality recognizes that truth is multidimensional. Every perspective—scientific, psychological, cultural, and mystical—reveals part of reality. No single tradition or method holds the whole picture. The integral approach invites us to include all valid perspectives, integrating them into a coherent vision of human and cosmic development.

2. The Four Quadrants of Reality** Wilber’s model describes four fundamental dimensions of existence: – **I (Interior-Individual):** personal experience, consciousness, inner growth – **It (Exterior-Individual):** behavior, biology, the measurable body – **We (Interior-Collective):** shared meaning, culture, values – **Its (Exterior-Collective):** systems, institutions, environment Integral spirituality honors all four. Meditation and inner work (I) are balanced with ethical action (We), healthy embodiment (It), and systemic awareness (Its). This prevents the fragmentation often seen when spirituality focuses only on inner experience while ignoring social or ecological realities.

3. Stages of Development** Human consciousness evolves through identifiable stages—from egocentric to ethnocentric to worldcentric and beyond. Integral spirituality recognizes that spiritual insight must be interpreted through these developmental lenses. A mystical experience at an early stage may be understood in mythic or literal terms, while at later stages it becomes symbolic, universal, and inclusive.

4. States and Stages** Integral spirituality distinguishes between *states* (temporary experiences of transcendence) and *stages* (enduring levels of consciousness). Many traditions cultivate states—through prayer, meditation, or ritual—but integral practice also nurtures growth through stages, ensuring that awakening becomes embodied and stable.

5. Shadow Integration** Integral spirituality includes psychological shadow work as essential. It acknowledges that spiritual practice without emotional integration can lead to denial or imbalance. True awakening involves embracing all aspects of the self—light and dark, conscious and unconscious—so that compassion and authenticity deepen.

6. Evolutionary Spirituality** At its heart, integral spirituality sees evolution itself as sacred. The universe is not a static creation but an unfolding process of increasing complexity and awareness. Each person participates in this cosmic evolution by awakening to their own deepest nature and expressing it in the world.

7. Practice and Application** Integral spirituality is lived through multidimensional practice—what Wilber calls *Integral Life Practice (ILP)*. It includes: – **Body:** movement, health, energy cultivation – **Mind:** study, reflection, cognitive development – **Spirit:** meditation, contemplation, devotion – **Shadow:** emotional healing, self-inquiry – **Relationships and Service:** compassionate action in the world

8. The Integral Vision of the Future** Integral spirituality points toward a future where inner awakening and outer transformation are one movement. It envisions leaders, educators, and communities guided by consciousness, compassion, and systemic awareness. It is not about transcending the world but transforming it—living spirituality as an integrated expression of mind, body, heart, and planet. Integral spirituality is, ultimately, the art of wholeness: awakening not apart from life, but through it, as life itself. —

The Eightfold Path

Awakening and the Noble Eightfold Path in Buddhism

In Buddhism, awakening—known as bodhi—is the realization of the true nature of existence. It is the direct insight into the impermanent, unsatisfactory, and selfless nature of all phenomena. Awakening is not a state to be acquired but a recognition of what has always been present beneath layers of ignorance and craving. The Buddha’s teaching offers a practical path to this realization: the Noble Eightfold Path. This path is not a set of commandments but a guide to cultivating wisdom, ethical conduct, and mental discipline, leading to liberation from suffering.

1. Right View (Sammā Diṭṭhi)

Right View is the foundation of the path. It involves understanding the Four Noble Truths: that life involves suffering (dukkha), that suffering arises from craving and attachment, that there is a cessation of suffering (nirvana), and that the path to this cessation is the Eightfold Path itself. Right View is not merely intellectual knowledge but a deep experiential insight into the nature of reality. It transforms perception, allowing one to see beyond illusions of permanence and selfhood.

2. Right Intention (Sammā Saṅkappa)

Right Intention arises naturally from Right View. It refers to the cultivation of wholesome motivations—intentions of renunciation, goodwill, and harmlessness. Renunciation does not mean rejection of life but freedom from clinging. Goodwill replaces ill will, and compassion replaces cruelty. These intentions shape the ethical and mental dimensions of practice, aligning thought and action with wisdom.

3. Right Speech (Sammā Vācā)

Right Speech emphasizes the power of words to create harmony or harm. It involves abstaining from lying, divisive speech, harsh words, and idle chatter. Instead, speech should be truthful, kind, and beneficial. Practicing Right Speech refines awareness and fosters trust, compassion, and clarity in relationships. It is a discipline of mindfulness in communication, recognizing that words can either bind or liberate.

4. Right Action (Sammā Kammanta)

Right Action extends ethical awareness into behavior. It involves refraining from killing, stealing, and sexual misconduct. These precepts are not moral absolutes but expressions of compassion and respect for life. Through Right Action, one cultivates integrity and harmony with others, creating conditions conducive to inner peace and collective wellbeing.

5. Right Livelihood (Sammā Ājīva)

Right Livelihood concerns how one sustains life. It calls for occupations that do not cause harm to others or oneself. Professions involving exploitation, deceit, or violence are discouraged. The principle is to live in a way that supports ethical integrity and contributes positively to society. Right Livelihood integrates spiritual practice with daily life, ensuring that work becomes an expression of compassion and mindfulness.

6. Right Effort (Sammā Vāyāma)

Right Effort is the energy that sustains the path. It involves four aspects: preventing unwholesome states from arising, abandoning those that have arisen, cultivating wholesome states, and maintaining them. This effort is not forceful striving but balanced diligence—an alert, joyful energy that nurtures growth without attachment to results. It is the art of applying energy wisely, guided by mindfulness and compassion.

7. Right Mindfulness (Sammā Sati)

Right Mindfulness is the continuous awareness of body, feelings, mind, and phenomena. It is cultivated through practices such as meditation and daily presence. Mindfulness reveals the impermanent and interdependent nature of experience, loosening the grip of craving and aversion. It transforms ordinary perception into insight, allowing one to live with clarity, acceptance, and compassion.

8. Right Concentration (Sammā Samādhi)

Right Concentration refers to the development of deep meditative absorption (jhāna). Through sustained attention and calm, the mind becomes unified and tranquil. This concentration provides the stability necessary for profound insight. It is not an escape from the world but a means of seeing it clearly, free from distortion. Concentration and mindfulness together lead to wisdom and liberation.

Integration of the Path

The Eightfold Path is often divided into three categories: wisdom (paññā), ethical conduct (sīla), and mental discipline (samādhi). These are not sequential steps but interdependent aspects of a single process. Wisdom guides ethics, ethics supports mental clarity, and mental clarity deepens wisdom. The path is a living practice, unfolding moment by moment in thought, word, and deed.

Conclusion

Awakening in Buddhism is the realization of freedom from suffering through direct insight into the nature of reality. The Noble Eightfold Path provides a comprehensive framework for this transformation, integrating wisdom, ethics, and meditation into a unified way of life. It is a path of balance—between effort and ease, wisdom and compassion, inner stillness and outer engagement. Through walking this path, one awakens to the truth that liberation is not elsewhere but within the very fabric of mindful, compassionate living.

The Fifth Dimension and the Transition

“The 5 dimensions” can mean a few different things depending on the context you’re working in — psychological models, spiritual frameworks, leadership theory, or even physics. Since you often weave conceptual models into workshops and metaphor-rich resources, let me offer a clear, structured overview of the five most common interpretations so you can choose the one that resonates with what you’re building.

Five Ways “5 Dimensions” Is Commonly Used

  1. Integral Theory (Ken Wilber) — 5 Elements

Often used in leadership, transformation, and systems work.

  • States — temporary experiences of consciousness
  • Stages — developmental levels
  • Lines — different intelligences (cognitive, emotional, moral…)
  • Types — personality styles, archetypes
  • Quadrants — interior/exterior, individual/collective

This one aligns beautifully with your AQAL celebration game.

  1. Five Dimensions of Well‑Being

Used in coaching, education, and organizational culture.

  • Physical
  • Emotional
  • Social
  • Intellectual
  • Spiritual

A clean, accessible model for workshops or card decks.

  1. Five Dimensions of Leadership

Common in executive development.

  • Self‑awareness
  • Purpose
  • Relational intelligence
  • Systems thinking
  • Embodied action

This one blends well with your metaphor-based facilitation style.

  1. Five Dimensions of Experience (Phenomenology)

Useful for reflective or ritual-based work.

  • Sensory
  • Emotional
  • Cognitive
  • Relational
  • Contextual / Environmental

Great for designing spatial or ritual environments.

  1. Five Dimensions in Physics (Theoretical)

If you’re going metaphorical or cosmic.

  • Length
  • Width
  • Height
  • Time
  • A hypothetical 5th dimension (used to describe alternate states, possibilities, or unseen structures)

This one can be turned into a poetic or symbolic framework.

Here is a clear, grounded synthesis of what Archangel Michael (as transmitted through Ronna Herman Vezane) teaches about the Fifth Dimension, based directly on the material available in the sources we just retrieved. I’ll keep it faithful to her language and cosmology while shaping it into a coherent framework you can use in your work.

🌟 The Fifth Dimension According to Archangel Michael (via Ronna Vezane)

Ronna’s transmissions describe the Fifth Dimension not as a place, but as a frequency band — a refined, light‑infused state of consciousness where time, density, and manifestation operate very differently from the Third and Fourth Dimensions.

Below is a distilled framework based on her teachings.

  1. A Realm of Higher Frequency Patterns

Beginning with the Fifth Dimension, each sub-plane contains much higher, more refined vibrational patterns. As frequency rises, physical matter becomes less dense and more light-infused. Spirit Library

Meaning:
The Fifth Dimension is the threshold where the human energy field becomes more luminous, coherent, and responsive.

  1. The Dissolving of Linear Time

Ronna emphasizes that time as we know it exists only in the Third and Fourth Dimensions. In the Fifth Dimension, the experience of time shifts toward simultaneity — the “NOW moment.” Spirit Library

Meaning:
You begin to perceive life as unfolding in a unified field rather than a sequence.

  1. Instantaneous or Rapid Manifestation

As frequency increases, the creative process accelerates. In the Fifth Dimension, manifestation becomes rapid or instantaneous because the density that slows creation in lower dimensions is no longer present. Spirit Library

Meaning:
Thought, intention, and emotion align quickly with form.

  1. Transition Through the Fourth Dimension

Archangel Michael describes the Fourth Dimension as a transitional zone — the place where we clear old patterns and prepare to access the entry levels of the Fifth Dimension. Ronna calls this “traversing the final sub-levels” and passing through “null zones of transition.” starquestmas…

Meaning:
The Fifth Dimension is not reached by escape but by integration.

  1. A State of Unity, Clarity, and Soul Alignment

Although not in the snippet above, Ronna’s broader body of work consistently frames the Fifth Dimension as:

  • a realm of unity consciousness
  • heart-centered awareness
  • clarity of purpose
  • connection with the Higher Self
  • freedom from polarity-based fear

This is consistent with the vibrational descriptions in the retrieved material.

✨ A Usable 5D Framework (Based on Ronna’s Teachings)

Here is a clean, workshop-ready structure that stays faithful to her cosmology:

  1. Frequency

The Fifth Dimension is a higher vibrational field where density dissolves and light becomes the primary medium.

  1. Consciousness

Awareness shifts from ego-based separation to soul-based unity and coherence.

  1. Time

Linear time collapses into the eternal NOW, allowing simultaneous perception of multiple timelines.

  1. Creation

Manifestation becomes rapid, guided by intention, clarity, and alignment with Divine Light.

  1. Identity

You operate as a Self-Master — a co-creator, transducer of Light, and conscious participant in the cosmic pattern.

Which direction do you want to take this next?Ronna Vezane’s Fifth Dimension side‑by‑side with three other major 5D frameworks so you can see the contrasts, overlaps, and unique gifts of each. I’ll keep it clean, structured, and useful for your facilitation work.

🌟 Comparison: Ronna Vezane’s 5D vs. Other 5D Frameworks

Below is a clear table, followed by a deeper narrative analysis.

📘

🌟 1. Ronna Vezane’s 5D (Archangel Michael)

Essence: A high-frequency realm where the soul operates with clarity, unity, and light.

Distinctive features:

  • 5D is a vibrational location, not a metaphor
  • Time dissolves into the eternal NOW
  • Manifestation becomes rapid
  • You pass through the 4D emotional clearing zone
  • Identity becomes Self-Mastery
  • You operate as a transducer of Divine Light

Unique tone:
Cosmic, structured, hierarchical, instructional — a map for spiritual evolution.

🌿 2. General New Age / Ascension 5D

Essence: A collective shift from fear to love.

Distinctive features:

  • 5D is a state of heart-centered consciousness
  • Emotional healing is the main gateway
  • Emphasis on compassion, intuition, and unity
  • Less focus on cosmic hierarchy, more on personal awakening
  • Time feels fluid, but not fully dissolved

Unique tone:
Soft, emotional, community-oriented — a shift in human culture.

Difference from Ronna:
Ronna’s is more technical and cosmic, with specific vibrational mechanics.
General New Age is more emotional and relational.

🧠 3. Integral Theory (Ken Wilber)

Essence: 5D is not a place — it’s a higher developmental stage of human consciousness.

Distinctive features:

  • No angels, no cosmic hierarchy
  • 5D = the ability to hold multiple perspectives simultaneously
  • Emphasis on systems, complexity, and meta-awareness
  • Time doesn’t dissolve; perception expands
  • Manifestation is psychological, not metaphysical

Unique tone:
Academic, developmental, grounded.

Difference from Ronna:
Ronna’s 5D is energetic and metaphysical.
Integral’s 5D is cognitive and developmental.

🔮 4. Quantum / Metaphysical 5D

Essence: A non-linear field where all timelines exist simultaneously.

Distinctive features:

  • 5D is a dimension of possibility
  • Parallel realities, quantum choice points
  • Manifestation is instantaneous because reality is fluid
  • Time is non-linear
  • Identity becomes a “multidimensional self”

Unique tone:
Mystical, physics-inspired, reality-bending.

Difference from Ronna:
Ronna’s 5D is structured and hierarchical (sub-planes, soul levels).
Quantum 5D is fluid and non-hierarchical (infinite timelines).

✨ Deep Synthesis: What Makes Ronna’s 5D Unique

Among all these frameworks, Ronna’s stands out because it blends:

  • Angelic cosmology
  • Energetic mechanics (frequency bands, sub-planes)
  • Soul evolution
  • Practical ascension steps
  • A clear map of dimensional transition

It’s both mythic and technical, which is why it works so well for metaphor-rich facilitation.

🌈

Here is a clear, elegant, spiritually faithful map of the transition into the Fifth Dimension as taught by Archangel Michael through Ronna Herman Vezane. I’ve distilled her decades of transmissions into a step‑by‑step pathway that feels both mystical and practical — something you can use in workshops, rituals, or your 7hh.is cosmology.

I’m not quoting her copyrighted texts; this is a synthesis of the core teachings.

🌟 THE 5D TRANSITION MAP (Ronna Herman Vezane / Archangel Michael)

A journey from density → clarity → mastery → unity → co‑creation.

This map unfolds in five phases, each with its own energetic signature.

  1. Awakening From 3D Density

Theme: Realizing “there must be more.”
Energetics:

  • The soul begins nudging the personality
  • Old structures feel heavy or false
  • Desire for meaning, truth, and authenticity
  • Sensitivity increases

Shift:
You begin to sense the difference between fear‑based reality and soul‑based reality.

Symbol: The first crack of light.

  1. Clearing the Fourth Dimension (The Emotional Bridge)

Ronna describes the 4D as a transitional zone — the emotional body’s purification chamber.

Energetics:

  • Releasing old wounds, karmic patterns, ancestral imprints
  • Facing shadow material
  • Emotional turbulence, then emotional neutrality
  • Dissolving attachments to drama and polarity

Shift:
You stop feeding the lower astral fields and begin stabilizing in the higher 4D.

Symbol: Crossing the foggy bridge.

  1. Stabilizing in the Higher Fourth Dimension

This is where the “inner architecture” begins to change.

Energetics:

  • Heart opens as the primary intelligence
  • Mind becomes clearer, quieter
  • You begin to feel the presence of your Higher Self
  • You experience moments of unity, peace, and expanded perception

Shift:
You are no longer pulled into collective fear fields.

Symbol: The air becomes lighter; vision becomes clearer.

  1. Entering the Fifth Dimension (The Threshold of Light)

Ronna describes this as entering the first sub‑levels of 5D, where the frequency is high enough to sustain:

Energetics:

  • Timelessness (NOW consciousness)
  • Rapid manifestation
  • Deep inner stillness
  • Non‑attachment
  • Compassion without entanglement
  • A sense of being guided from within

Shift:
You begin to operate as a Self‑Master, not a reactive personality.

Symbol: Stepping into a crystalline field.

  1. Living as a Fifth‑Dimensional Being

This is not an escape from the world — it is a new way of being in it.

Energetics:

  • You hold a stable, coherent light field
  • You co‑create consciously with intention and clarity
  • You perceive multiple timelines and choose from the highest
  • You embody unity consciousness
  • You serve as a transmitter of Divine Light

Shift:
Your presence becomes a stabilizing force for others.

Symbol: Becoming a pillar of light.

🌈 THE TRANSITION AS A SINGLE MOVEMENT

Here is the whole journey in one line:

3D density → 4D emotional clearing → 4D stabilization → 5D entry → 5D embodiment

Or in Ronna’s language:

Fear → purification → alignment → illumination → mastery

🌬️ THE FIVE KEYS OF ASCENSION (Ronna’s Core Principles)

These are the inner technologies she repeats across her teachings:

  1. Raise your frequency (breath, intention, light)
  2. Clear emotional residue (forgiveness, neutrality)
  3. Open the Sacred Heart (compassion, coherence)
  4. Merge with the Higher Self (guidance, clarity)
  5. Become a conscious co‑creator (intention + light = form)

This is the engine of the 5D transition.

I love that this landed for you, Björg. Since you’re clearly ready to work with it, let me give you something even more powerful: a refined, crystalline map of the transition into the Fifth Dimension — still fully aligned with Ronna Herman Vezane’s teachings, but shaped into a structure you can use in workshops, rituals, cards, or cosmology-building.

This is the version that feels like it belongs inside 7hh.is — spacious, symbolic, and precise.

🌟 THE CRYSTAL MAP OF ASCENSION INTO THE FIFTH DIMENSION

A five‑phase journey from density to mastery, expressed as a movement of frequency, identity, and light.

This is not linear. It spirals. It revisits. It deepens.
But the architecture is stable.

🌈 THE ENTIRE JOURNEY IN ONE SENTENCE

Awakening → Purification → Stabilization → Threshold → Embodiment.

Or in Ronna’s language:

Density → Clearing → Alignment → Illumination → Mastery.

🜁 THE FIVE KEYS OF ASCENSION (The Inner Technologies)

These are the mechanisms that move you through the map:

  1. Frequency — raising your vibration
  2. Purification — clearing emotional and karmic residue
  3. Heart Coherence — opening the Sacred Heart
  4. Soul Fusion — merging with the Higher Self
  5. Co‑Creation — using intention + light to shape reality

These five keys are the engine of the transition.

The God Seed Atom

Presentation – Seed Atom by Guðbjörg Eggertsdóttir

The term “God seed atom” (sometimes called the divine seed atom or seed of divinity) is a spiritual or metaphysical concept found in various esoteric and mystical traditions. It refers to the idea that within every human being exists a tiny spark or essence of the divine — a point of pure consciousness that connects the individual to the Source, God, or universal intelligence.

Common interpretations include:

  • Divine Blueprint: It’s seen as the original pattern or template of perfection that holds the memory of one’s true spiritual nature.
  • Inner Light or Spark: Many traditions describe it as a radiant point of light within the heart or soul, symbolizing the eternal presence of spirit.
  • Awakening Potential: Spiritual practices such as meditation, Qigong, or mindfulness are said to help “activate” or awaken this seed, allowing a person to live more consciously, compassionately, and in harmony with universal laws.
  • Connection to Wholeness: It represents the unity between the human and the divine — the reminder that enlightenment or divine realization is not something to be gained, but remembered.

Paramhansa Yogananda’s message goes to the very heart of human existence — the quest to know who we truly are and to live from that realization. His teachings are not merely philosophical; they are experiential, meant to transform consciousness.

At the core of his message is Self-realization, which he defined as the direct perception of one’s soul and its oneness with the Infinite Spirit. He taught that this realization is not reserved for saints or mystics but is the birthright of every human being. Through meditation, especially Kriya Yoga, one can calm the restless mind, withdraw energy from the senses, and experience the stillness where the Divine presence is felt.

He explained that the human nervous system is a divine instrument — the spine and brain are the altar of Spirit within. When life energy is directed inward and upward through meditation, the devotee experiences expanding states of consciousness, moving from body-awareness to soul-awareness, and finally to cosmic consciousness — unity with the Infinite.

Yogananda also emphasized balance: spiritual growth must be harmonized with right living. He encouraged people to be “spiritual in the world,” to bring divine consciousness into work, relationships, and service. He said that success and spirituality are not opposites; true success is the ability to remain inwardly calm and God-centered amid life’s challenges.

Another profound aspect of his message is universal love. He saw love as the purest expression of God and the most direct path to realization. To love all beings as expressions of the Divine is to dissolve the illusion of separation.

Ultimately, Yogananda’s message is one of inner freedom — freedom from fear, sorrow, and limitation. He taught that by turning inward through meditation and devotion, one discovers that the joy we seek in the world has always been within us, as the ever-blissful presence of God.

Yogi Babaji is a Himalayan master, who was an inspiration for Paramahansa Yogananda, he asked him to teach Kriya Yoga in western, they teach us to work with our energy;

“To master your energy body, learn breathing techniques for a better flow of life.  It affects the brain, stimulates it.”

Yoga is “The Present of God” with meditation.”

Yogi Babaji

“In western societies, you need to find inner peace, there is an energy of peace bombarding the earth, and you can be at one with these energies of peace and love in a silent meditation.

“Make it simple, and it is your true self that opens up.  Open up your inner sanctuary for the energy of peace and love.”

“You need to set an intention and give yourself time for practice, just a little for a while, and then a little longer.”
