Lord Sananda

From my book

Lord Master Sananda and Master Lady Nada

Lord Master Sananda teaches that love begins with perception — the ability to see beauty in all beings.
“See the beauty in everyone. When you forgive, you open your eyes and see their qualities instead of faults.”
Through forgiveness, the heart expands, and the world becomes brighter.
“You can make the world a little more beautiful, just by focusing on the beauty in all.”

Truth and love are intertwined. To truly love oneself, one must recognise the divine love that flows from God.
“To be able to love yourself, you need to know that God loves you always, and the more you love yourself, the more you can feel God’s love.”
This love is not distant — it lives in the heart.
“God gives us love every day, and to the earth; you just have to open your heart to feel it.”
As you open to this love, forgiveness becomes the bridge to self-worth.
“The more you can feel, the more you can give. First, you need to forgive yourself and realise that you are worth this great love.”

“God loves all of us.”

Lord Sananda is a master of divine love and higher consciousness, guiding humanity toward unity, forgiveness, and spiritual awakening. His teachings centre on the heart — the sacred space where divine truth and unconditional love meet.

“See the beauty in everyone. When you forgive, you open your eyes and see their qualities instead of faults.”
Sananda reminds us that love begins with perception. By choosing to see beauty rather than imperfection, we align with the divine essence in all beings.
“You can make the world a little more beautiful, just by focusing on the beauty in all.”
Through this awareness, love becomes an act of creation — transforming the world one compassionate thought at a time.

“To be able to love yourself, you need to know that God loves you always, and the more you love yourself, the more you can feel God’s love.”
Sananda teaches that divine love is ever-present. It flows through every heart, waiting to be felt and shared.
“God gives us love every day, and to the earth; you just have to open your heart to feel it.”
Forgiveness is the key that unlocks this flow.
“The more you can feel, the more you can give. First, you need to forgive yourself and realise that you are worth this great love.”

“God loves all of us.”

Lord Sananda’s message is one of radiant simplicity — love yourself, love others, and see the divine beauty in all creation. Through love, truth, and forgiveness, the soul awakens to its eternal connection with God.

Do not be afraid. Do not underestimate the power of faith. Ask for protection; you can do that spontaneously at the Church. It brings you peace and safety.

Let your feelings flow. Allow yourself to play and try something new. Remember what you loved as a child — the joy of discovery, the laughter, the stories, the songs shared with others.

Even as adults, we can still play. Do not suppress your emotions; working through them gently brings healing.

When you open your heart, your inner child awakens. Nurture it. Take a walk, embrace yourself, or simply allow love to flow in.

Open your heart to love and friendship. It is good to cry sometimes — to release what burdens you. You are a child of God; never forget that.

Ask the angels for help when you need relief. Feel the inner power that rises in urgent moments — it is a wonderful force. When we unite our hearts, we move mountains.

Listen to your heart.

Guidance — Archangel Gabriel

It is good to be realistic; then expectations are not too high, and joy becomes greater. Always look for the bright side — often, the solution appears when one recognizes the positive. But do not close your eyes to what is real.

Surround yourself with things that give you good energy to face the day.

Do not take yourself too seriously. We are all imperfect. It is better to see the comical side of life and laugh at yourself.

Remember how you felt when you made a mistake. Reflect on that before judging others, and show tolerance — everyone errs sometimes. It is good to remember this.

When you know your limits, you feel more at peace, and conflicts lessen. But do not set your limits too narrowly; keep them wide enough to live freely within them.

Each person must strive for what they desire, guided by insight and care, without stepping over others. Cooperation brings far more strength than competition.

We achieve the best results when we adapt to those around us while staying true to what comes from within.

How we raise children:

  • Teach children to pray.
  • Teach children to forgive.
  • Teach children to respect their parents.
  • Teach children to enjoy nature.
  • Teach children to love animals, grandparents, siblings, and all.
  • Teach children discipline.

Unity — Archangel Gabriel

Teach children gratitude.

Help them to see life from another perspective, to understand that every experience holds meaning and every person carries their own truth.

When we connect to the source of life — unconditional love — we become one. It unites us, for we are part of creation itself, made of the same material and energy.

You can tune into a higher frequency, where peace and understanding flow freely.

We are all one with God.
